Look inside Little White Lies’ Isle of Dogs issue
We first sent Little White Lies to Stack subscribers in 2009, and it has been wonderful to see them catapult into an eminent voice in film publishing. Each issue takes inspiration from one film, picking apart themes and characters to cook up delightful and surprising editorials. Much like the instantly recognisable aesthetics of Wes Anderson, their Isle of Dogs issue radiates with the magazine’s idiosyncratic playfulness.
From illustrated film posters reimagined for canines, to the cinematic role of the dog collar, this 74th edition draws from the film’s themes of (literal) puppy love — how irreplaceable these four-legged bundles of fur are to humans.
